There are too many insulation material pits? LONGER rock wool board has saved me a lot of after-sales troubles.

I've been in the procurement business for over a decade. To be honest, I've encountered many problems with insulation materials. At the beginning, I was greedy for cheap prices and bought a batch of ordinary boards. However, when they were installed in a chemical plant project, problems emerged within half a year - they absorbed water and bulged. The insulation layer looked very wet, and the client complained all at once. Later, I also encountered a problem with the fire resistance test getting stuck. The party's inspection directly shook their head and said that it couldn't withstand the fire at all. During that period, just dealing with returns and compensation almost drove me into depression. In the end, the two things that really bothered me were: first, the waterproofing ability was poor. Over time, the insulation effect was directly reduced; second, the fire resistance grade was deceptive. Even with the "A grade" label, when tested, it turned out to be false.
Later, we switched to LONGER's rock wool board, and things finally stabilized. I mainly deal with overseas B-end wholesale, with customers distributed in Europe, America and Southeast Asia. The requirements are generally not low. We tried several brands, and the products of LONGER immediately showed a difference when used - uniform density, each block is compacted, and when cut, it doesn't break or become fluffy. The workers had less trouble cleaning up debris in the first month of installation. Of course, what I value most is its waterproofing property. When placed outdoors for a long time and exposed to so much rain, opening the package didn't absorb water. The water test was also satisfactory. There's no need to worry about fire resistance either. It has A1-level certification, which has been tested several times. The conclusion given by the laboratory was "non-combustible", without smoke or cracking. The factory took the report to the fire department for inspection and never encountered any problems.

By the way, the environmental aspect of LONGER is also quite interesting. Currently, overseas regions are conducting increasingly detailed checks on the source of materials. They have a recycling process where they incorporate the glass bottles, perfume bottles, penicillin bottles, and health product bottles that we commonly see into the raw materials, and then re-melt and stretch them to make fiber boards. This operation not only recycles the discarded bottles but also is cleaner and more durable than traditional slag fibers. When pitching a deal to foreigners, mentioning this point really works. They truly get it.
Product features, I have summarized them into three points:
Waterproof performance is excellent - hydrophobicity rate over 99%, and it retains insulation even when soaked and dried.
Fireproof compliance is assured - A1 grade non-combustible, won't smoke even when heated to a certain temperature.
Environmentally friendly materials - mixed with recycled glass bottles, perfume bottles, penicillin bottles, and health product bottles from waste, which can add points in the review report.
As for experience, there are two points:
① Ask the manufacturer to send samples. Take a spray bottle and spray it for a few seconds. See if the water droplets roll off. If they don't stick together, don't buy it. ② Don't just look at the thickness. The bulk density is more important. The 120kg/m³ boards from LONGER serve as the base, and their load-bearing effect is better than that of the 150kg boards from other brands.
Doing wholesale business is essentially about helping customers save time. The LONGER brand has a good reputation among overseas users. Over the years of our cooperation, we have rarely dealt with any after-sales issues. The quality of the materials ultimately determines whether customers will place repeat orders. To be honest with you: Those boards that keep breaking down frequently - no matter how much commission we earn, we don't feel at ease. Later, we changed to a better product, which was more reliable and made customers feel more secure.
