Thickened stone, crack-resistant and worry-free
Industry pain points: In order to reduce costs, the thickness of traditional stone is reduced from 20mm to 12-15mm, resulting in weak compression resistance, easy cracking, cement reverse seepage, deformation and warping, especially frequent damage in crowded areas.
Your troubles: ultra-thin board decorated walls are deformed, floors are cracked, stair tread edges are damaged, light-colored stones are contaminated by cement, and the subsequent maintenance costs are high.
Our solution: Launch **1600×3200mm thickened marble slabs (thickness 20mm+), full-body glazed anti-seepage layer + anti-bending strengthening process, suitable for floors, walls, countertops and other scenes. Combine **All ceramic glazed tile (full glazed tile) anti-fouling technology to solve reverse seepage; connect Mosaic tiles (mosaic tiles) artistic joints to optimize the problem of closing black seams; match **Bathroom products (bathroom products) with customized sizes to match bathroom cabinets and shower rooms; pre-buried Bathroom hardware (bathroom hardware) anchor points to improve installation stability.
Actual effect: There is no cracking in the high-pressure area of the municipal square, no missing corners on the edge of the stair treads, no stains and reverse seepage on the white stone, the wall is flat and warped, and the service life is increased by 3 times.
Product features and tips
1. Selected 20mm thickened stone: the compressive strength is increased by 40%, and the load-bearing capacity is up to 1.5 tons/㎡, which is suitable for high-traffic scenes such as subways and shopping malls.
2. Full-body glazed anti-seepage technology: the glaze seals the pores, isolates the reverse seepage of cement pigments, and white/jade-textured stone is worry-free to lay.
3. The bending strength is increased by 50%: adding a fiberglass backing net to solve the deformation problem of large panels, suitable for suspended countertops and long stair treads.
Maintenance Guide:
Daily cleaning: rinse with a soft brush + neutral detergent, and strong acid/alkali solvents are prohibited (corrosion of glaze).
Stain treatment: wipe grease with alcohol, and cover wine stains/ink with gypsum paste for 30 minutes to absorb.
Regular maintenance: Apply marble protective wax every quarter to prevent wear and brighten; install sunshades in exposed environments.
Tips: The wall can be 16mm thick, and the floor/table must be ≥20mm! The stair treads are thickened to 30mm to prevent edge breakage.
